Did We Miss You?
Following are some of the common reasons why your garbage or recycling may have been missed.
Garbage
All garbage must be inside the cart. Bags for extra trash can be purchased at City Hall. One additional cart may be ordered for an additional monthly charge of $6.17.
Recycling
All recycling materials must be inside the cart. Extra bags of recycling are not picked up. One additional cart may be ordered at for an additional monthly charge of $4.50.
Carts were not out by 6:30 AM on your scheduled collection day.
The truck could not access your cart because it was improperly blocked or placed.
Unacceptable items were placed in your cart.
There was extra garbage or recycling outside of the cart.
If none of the above points apply, please send our office a service request and describe the issue with your collection.
