Purpose
Designed to guide the future actions of the City of Austell, a
Comprehensive Plan presents a vision for progress and provides a
framework for the execution of the vision. The Comprehensive Plan is
aimed at guiding the city on investment planning and organization to
promote quality of life to the citizens by a provision of adequate
infrastructure and amenities. Also acknowledged as the master plan, the
document highlights issues, needs, and opportunities of a community, and
provides long-range goals and objectives. This development agenda
focuses on providing viable goals, timelines, and estimated costs for
ensuring an economically resilient, strong and salubrious community.
