The Community Liaison Coordinator helps foster a strong working relationship between the Department and the community it serves.
Officers and Department staff work with homeowner’s associations, community organizations, community businesses, advocacy groups, public and private schools, faith-based organizations, and individual residents to establish and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
As a result of these partnerships, the Department personnel can develop pro-active crime fighting and community engagement initiatives.
