Vacation Leave
Accrual for full-time employees is based on years of continuous service:
- Four hours per month for up to 1 year of service
- Eight hours per month for up to 10 years of service
- Ten hours per month for up to 15 years of service
- Fourteen hours per month for up to 16 years of service and over
Sick Leave
Accrual for full-time employees is at the rate of 8 hours per month regardless of years of service.
Holidays
City of Austell employees are provided with 10 paid holidays per year.
